What is self storage?
The box
What volume do I need?
- For objects in an apartment or house from 60 m² to 90 m², you need box B14 (33 m³/14 m²)
- For objects on an apartment of around 60 m², the B11 (25 m³/11 m²) is suitable.
- For items from a 40 m² studio, you must rent box B7 (16 m³/7 m²)
- For a basement, box B3 (8 m³/3 m²) is the most suitable.

What can I store?
Everything that:
- doesn’t rot,
- doesn’t pollute,
- doesn’t bring moisture into the box,
- cannot escape from the container,
- is not flammable.
For example, it is not allowed to store motorcycles or cars.
Of course, it is also prohibited to store stolen or illegal goods.
We are in constant contact with the police, to whom we inform as soon as any doubt arises about the stored goods. The police have access to surveillance systems.
Can I use the box as a workshop?
Is there electricity or lighting in the box?
The box can be lit using a battery-operated lamp with magnetic holder.
Security / access to the container
Are my goods safe?
Only customers have an access code to enter the center.
There is also video surveillance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which ensures the security of the location. Your storage space is private.
We are also in constant contact with the police.
The rental
How do I pay?
Thereafter, rents must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
Upon termination of the rent, you will receive a refund for the caution and for each unused day in the last month. (Note: Minimum rent duration is one month.)

Prices
How much does 1 square meter of storage space cost?
We offer 4 box sizes: 3 – 7 – 11 – 14 m².
In addition, with LAGERIS you only pay for the exact number of rented days. At least 1 month, but not every week or month thereafter.
Caution: 2 months rent + padlock
